These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Protify ("Protify", "we", "us", or "our"), an application operated by Akshay Komar.
By downloading, accessing, or using Protify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
Protify is a nutrition and meal-tracking application that helps users scan and log meals, track nutrition and protein intake, and receive AI-assisted insights and suggestions.
Protify is intended to provide general nutritional information and tracking assistance. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.
Some Protify features may require you to create an account.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
You must not use Protify for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
Protify may provide a limited number of free scans or other free features.
Protify currently provides limited free scanning functionality. The available free usage may be changed, suspended, or discontinued in future versions of the application.
Protify offers optional paid subscription services through Google Play.
The current subscription is:
Protify Premium — ₹299 per month
The subscription provides access to extended usage and premium features described in the application.
The subscription is billed monthly and automatically renews unless canceled before the next billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account and Google Play's subscription-management tools.
Purchases and subscription payments are processed through Google Play Billing. Protify does not directly collect or store your full payment-card details.
Subscription pricing, available plans, features, and offers may change. Any applicable changes will be presented through Google Play or within the application before they take effect.
Refunds are handled according to applicable Google Play policies and applicable law.
Protify may use automated and AI-assisted technology to analyze meal information and provide nutrition-related estimates and suggestions.
AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect. Nutrition values shown by Protify are estimates and should not be treated as guaranteed nutritional facts.
Protify is not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, dietitian, nutritionist, or other healthcare professional.
You are responsible for making your own decisions regarding food, nutrition, exercise, and health.
You may provide information such as meal information, food images, nutrition information, and other content when using Protify.
You retain ownership of content that you submit, subject to the rights necessary for Protify to process and provide the service.
You must not submit content that you do not have the right to use or that violates applicable law.

Protify and its software, design, branding, graphics, text, and other original content are owned by Akshay Komar or the applicable rights holders.
Except as expressly permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Protify or its content without permission.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Protify at any time.
We do not guarantee that Protify will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Protify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of nutrition estimates, meal recognition, protein calculations, or AI-generated recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Akshay Komar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use Protify.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the application or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of Protify after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to Protify if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in unlawful activity.
You may stop using Protify at any time.
Termination does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. You must cancel your subscription through Google Play.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
